Two-component thermal gel
This type of product is a two-component liquid gap-filling thermal conductive material. The A/B components are mixed according to 1/1 and then are glued or poured into the interface that needs heat dissipation. The compressive stress during installation is very low, and right? Flat surfaces or irregular cavities have excellent structural applicability and surface conformability characteristics of structural parts, and gaps are fully filled. The mixed product is cured into a soft elastomer material at room temperature, and the curing can be accelerated under high temperature conditions. The product is composed of organic silicon polymer and high thermal conductivity ceramic filler, without any metal filler, providing excellent thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance and good electrical insulation performance.
